enclosing your delivery address details in an envelope to:

Terms & ConditionsFree Delivery: There is NO delivery charge - even if we need to despatch more than once, or despatch more than one game.
Delivery Time: If paying by cheque please allow five working days for the cheque to clear before your order is despatched. Your goods will normally be with you in 2-5 working days from the date your cheque clears.
Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delay. Should this be unsatisfactory we will without any delay, offer you a full refund.
No Quibble Guarantee & Returns: If unopened, you have the right to return the goods (at your own expense) within a period of 7 days from receipt, for a full refund. If however, you find any part of a game is missing or faulty, please call our Hotline 0870 010 8024 and our staff will help you.
Please note: When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us - we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.
How to Return/Exchange: Please keep all packaging and return the goods as you received them. Include your name, address, order number, tel.no. and state whether you would like a replacement or refund. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and send to:
